Kenya’s top court confirms William Ruto’s victory in presidential vote By Stephanie Busari, Bethlehem Feleke and Larry Madowo, Updated 1911 GMT (0311 HKT) September 5, 2022 Supporters of William Ruto, Kenya’s President elect, celebrate as Kenya’s election body declared Deputy President William Ruto the winner of the country’s close-fought presidential election in August.
